What We Do
Newbury Architecture provides a friendly and professional design service, specialising in domestic architecture. Whether it is an extension, loft conversion, garden office or other alterations we'd be delighted to talk through your project with you.
How We Help
Extending or refurbishing your home can seem daunting, which is why we will guide you through every stage of the process, from creating a design through applying for planning permission and complying with building regulations, to helping you find the right builder and providing you with the tools to be in charge of your project.

How We Work
You know best how your family lives and uses your home, so a big part of our role is to understand your needs and work with you to find the right design solution. Once we have an understanding of how you use your home we can then, through a series of sketches and discussions, explore the various options available.
Whether it's Planning Permission, Certificates of Lawfulness, Building Regulations, Drainage Build Over Agreements, CIL payments, The Party Wall Act, CDM Regulations or Contracts, there can be a lot of legislation to comply with. We will advise the correct approach at each step of the process.

- We will manage the tender process with a shortlist of builders, then meet with you and your chosen contractor to agree the sequence of works.
